Mr. K.V. Rao - Chairman & FounderBorn in a Textile Business Family, Mr. K.V. Rao holds a distinction in Post Graduation in Nuclear Physics and Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Mr. K.V.RAO started his career in exports in 1973 in a leading company, exporting frozen shrimps and lobsters. After 15 years tenure with Usha international (of Shriram Group), Mr. Rao incoporated Dolphin International Pvt. Ltd. in April 1990. Within a period of two years the company was granted a status of Export Trading House by the government of India.
In recognition of Mr. Rao's entrepreneurial abilities and export endeavors in the international market, he was awarded the Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award in 1991 by the erstwhile Union Finance Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh. Further, he was presented Shiromani Award in 1992 for his contributions to national development, integration, enrichment of life and for his outstanding achievements in the chosen field of activity by Mr. V.C. Shukla, the erstwhile Union Minister for Water Resources. He was also awarded the Indira Gandhi Excellence Award in 1994 by former Union Minister Mr. Vasant Sathe.

Praveen Rao - Vice President, Dolphin Mart Pvt. Ltd.
As Vice President (Operations), Mr. Praveen Rao is at the helm of managing the international trading and lifestyle retail operations of the Dolphin Group of Companies– Dolphin International Pvt. Ltd. and Dolphin Mart Pvt. Ltd.
At his position, Praveen has undertaken the challenging task of taking forward the vision of his father, Mr. K. V. Rao, Chairman, Dolphin Group of increasing the brand salience globally and the turnover of the company consistently.
Over the past 3 years he has managed to spearhead the development of the company’s short and long-term business and vision plans. He believes that success in retail is possible only through constant innovation and reinvention. Mr. K. Praveen. Rao holds a distinction in Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing, Mumbai University, India and Bachelor in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University, New Delhi, India. He started his career with HDFC Bank as a Business Development Manager, Mumbai.

Preeti Rao - Vice President, Dolphin International Pvt. Ltd. As Vice President (Operations) Preeti Rao is the helm of spearheading Dolphin International's current operations to new areas related to heath and wellness services. In the past Preeti Rao has consistently delivered record setting gains in sales and profits in executive management roles in diversified industry verticals such as Health and Fitness, Retail, Technology, and International trade in USA, UK, Holland and India. With her Msc. in International Business, MA in Integrative Health along with several business certificates in marketing, financial management, social media management to name a few, she brings a breadth of expertise in sale, business development, strategic partnerships, marketing and operations.
In the past, she has been instrumental in engineering the turnaround of d'mart Exclusif through industry-leading market research, product development, marketing plans, sales promotion and most importantly by securing strategic international alliances. She is currently passionately working toward expanding Dolphin International operations and aggressively pursuing new emerging markets.
